The tournament will be held at the WBSA baseball complex located at the Whitman Middle School, which as four fields, the Conley Elementary School, which has two fields as well as the baseball field located at the Whitman Town Park. All locations have full service snack bars and rest rooms.

Games for the 9 – 12 year old divisions will be umpired by an experienced patch certified umpire. The 8 year old division will be umpired by the WBSA certified umpire staff. There will be player of the game awards as well as trophies for the 1st and 2nd place finishers from each age division

The tournament will be limited to the first eight teams per age division that register, and will guarantee each team a minimum of 3 games. The teams will be divided into two brackets, with the top two teams from each bracket moving into a championship game.
